This continues to be a huge concern of mine given what I’ve termed the “weakest link axiom” of election administration: “the accuracy of an electionsystem, and voters’ confidence in the system’s fairness and accuracy during a contest close enough to go into overtime, is only as strong as the weakest parts of that system.”
