The 2019 Supplement to Election Law–Cases and Materials (6th edition) will be online and posted free for instructors who have adopted the casebook and for their students. It will be current through the end of the Supreme Court’s October 2019 term, and include developments in the census and partisan gerrymandering cases (including an edited version of the Rucho case). It will also cover other recent developments on issues such as foreign interference in elections (Mueller report), campaign finance, voting rights, and bribery cases.
