A Mess in Nevada

Thanks to a ruling last week by the Nevada Supreme Court, the New York Times reports, "[a] day before the start of early voting in Nevada, 21 incumbents found that their re-election bids were suddenly over as the State Supreme Court on Friday unanimously upheld term limits passed by voters in 1996."
