The judge called off the hearing now that the judge is satisfied that SOS Husted is not deliberately disobeying him.

The Obama campaign opposes Husted’s motion to stay the Court’s order, which now is clear in directing the Secretary to set early voting hours for the last three days before the election in Ohio.

There is no hearing time set on Husted’s motion for a stay.  It would not surprise me if the judge denies it without an additional hearing.  If that happens, I expect Husted to seek a stay from the 6th Circuit (if he has not already done so.)
