“The Edwards Prosecution — a Plausible Case”

Lanny Davis blogs. Davis finds the prosecution plausible because he focuses on the statutory definition of “contribution.”  As I’ve explained, looking at that statute and the regs, AOs, and enforcement matters, you get a more complex picture and a murkier case against Edwards.

Today I did a podcast on Edwards for the Legal Talk Network.  When that podcast is released, I will link.
