Breaking: Federal Court Again Strikes Down FEC Disclosure Regulation as Unduly Narrow

FEC Commissioner Ellen Weintraub, who favors greater disclosure, tweeted: “In a victory for transparency, the court struck down reg used by groups to hide their donors.”
