Bloomberg BNA: “Citing a Federal Election Commission ruling issued last year, a state judge in New Hampshire has said that federal campaign finance law preempts a state law designed to curb push-polling (Delaney v. Bass, Victory Committee, N.H. Super. Ct., No. 2012-CV-233, 6/17/13).”
