Politico: “Almost two-thirds of Americans believe corporations and unions shouldn’t be allowed to spend unlimited cash backing political candidates, according to a poll released Tuesday. The poll, done for the Freedom Forum’s First Amendment Center, found 63 percent of Americans disagreed with the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, while 30 percent agreed and 7 percent were undecided. Citizens United removed spending restrictions on corporations and unions in the name of the First Amendment.”
