"Group: Scalia, Thomas had Citizens United conflict"

Politico offers this report. In the article, I'm quoted as being quite critical of Common Cause's decision to raise this issue with the DOJ. This is not the first time I've questioned Common Cause's judgment. And this comes from a supporter of reasonable campaign finance regulation.
