Supreme Court of Ohio Resolves Provisional Ballot Dispute

See here [Fixed link]. The state supreme court appears to read the Ohio statutes regarding provisional ballots strictly, rejecting the argument that a provisional ballot cast in the wrong precinct because of poll worker error should be counted as a valid vote.
