Revised version of my CU Paper Now Posted

I've posted a revised version of Citizens United and the Illusion of Coherence (out in January in the Michigan Law Review) on SSRN. This draft benefitted from substantive comments of APSA participants, law review editors and others, and includes a discussion of the difference in jurisprudential "incoherence" versus "inconsistency."
