Plaintiffs File Final Ninth Circuit Brief in San Diego Campaign Contribution Case

You can read the brief here. Among other things, the brief argues that non-individual entities, including corporations, have a constitutional right to make contributions directly to candidates for office.

I expect the Ninth Circuit will set this for argument in a few months.
