Minnesota Recount Court Issues Major Ruling on 19 Contested Absentee Ballot Categories

The court's order is here. The Star Tribune offers this report. This will definitely streamline the trial and lowers Coleman's chances of winning by removing 12 of 19 categories of disputed ballots from consideration by the court.
The relevant question is how many ballots (of the 4,800 now in play) fall into the 7 categories of ballots not excluded from consideration in today's ruling.
