The Florida No Match, No Vote Rule

The Brennan Center warned us back in June that this was coming, and today it did: the Miami Herald reports that the Secretary of State, in what will likely be seen by some as a move to gain partisan political advantage, has decided to enforce the controversial law for the upcoming election.
