Senate Rules Committee to Hold July 9 Hearing on Fixing the Primary Process

Eventually the press release, sent to me by email, will appear here. The press release notes both the earlier hearing (at which I testified) on the rotating regional primary plan as well as Sen. Nelson's proposal to abolish the electoral college.
