Sen. Reid Announces Opposition to Considering FEC Nominees in "Pairs"

Following up on this post, BNA Money and Politics Report ($) quotes Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid as saying he won't consent to "paired" nominees to break the FEC impasse.

I have a theory as to why that will appear in a Findlaw column next week.
