"Scalia to Determine Democratic Nominee"

See this (tongue in cheek?) piece at the Washington Post's Achenblog. As I concluded my Slate piece yesterday, "The Supreme Court has left such delegate fights to the political process before, and it is likely to do so again. That may be a blessing for the Democrats. They don't really want the court resolving whether Obama or Clinton will run in November, do they?"
