Senate Judiciary Committee to Mark Up Deceptive Practices Bill

Tomorrow at an Executive Business Meeting, the Senate will mark up S. 453, Deceptive Practices and Voter Intimidation Prevention Act of 2007 (Obama, Schumer, Leahy, Cardin, Feingold, Feinstein, Kennedy, Whitehouse).
