"Feds are Overreaching"

Troy King has written this opinion piece for the Mobile Press Register, which begins: "Much has been reported about Gov. Bob Riley's appointment of Juan Chastang, an African-American, to the Mobile County Commission. But the issues surrounding the appointment of a Mobile County commissioner are no longer about Juan Chastang. And they are no longer about the governor of Alabama appointing a minority to serve. They are instead about the federal government overreaching and interfering with the right of Alabama to determine what its constitution says and means."
