"Wall Street Raises Privacy Fears"

The WSJ offers this interesting report, which begins: "State-level election-law overhauls are bumping up against Wall Street executives who want to protect their privacy. A Wall Street trade association has gone to court to challenge a new Connecticut election law that requires that state officials maintain an Internet database listing the names of the children and spouses of executives at companies that do business with the state."
