"Jennings Takes Legal Action Amid Recount"

The Sarasota Herald-Tribune offers this report, the latest on the FL-13 race. See also this very interesting analysis by Justin Moore, which concludes that there's something about the way voters interacted with the machines or some error with the machines: "We see a statistically signficiant difference in the behavior of voters that used paper and those that used touchscreens in Sarasota County. The lack of any tangible form of voter intent -- combined with the flaw affecting both candidates -- means that the true victor of this contest will never be known with any certainty."
