Read the LDF Motion to Intervene in NAMUDNO

...here. Co-counsel with LDF are the Lawyers Committee and the Wilmer firm (including Seth Waxman). UPDATE: A clarification from Jon Greenbaum of the Lawyers' Committee:

Just to clarify on the motion to intervene in Northwest Austin MUD No. 1 v. Gonzales. The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, Wilmer Hale, and the NAACP are representing the NAACP. The motion we filed is the one referenced below.

NAACP LDF is representing two African American individuals who live in the district.

It is a little confusing given the similarity of names and the fact that both sets of intervention papers were filed the same day.
