"The Money Tree"

Los Angeles City Beat offers this report, with the subhead: "A court says Schwarzenegger can raise unlimited funds for his ballot initiatives, but that fight’s not over." Contrary to the headline, if the FPPC decides not to appeal, this fight is over, at least in California in regards to the expected November special election. It is hard to imagine the California Legislature getting it together and passing legislation now at veto-proof levels to reinstitute this law.
