Larios

Larios is not on today's order list. UPDATE: Tom Goldstein reports here that after the Court issues its two remaining opinions in cases tomorrow, it will hold a conference to discuss cases that are relisted. Tom includes Larios on that list. He predicts an order (perhaps in Larios) tomorrow afternoon after the conference.
