Metts v. Murphy Simultaneous Reply Briefs

The parties have filed their simultaneous reply briefs in the important voting rights case, Metts v. Murphy, being heard en banc by the First Circuit. I have posted them here and here.
I posted the first round of en banc briefs here. Oral argument is February 4 in Boston.
