Could it be that the Supreme Court issues its opinion in Crawford, the Indiana voter id case, tomorrow? Last week it released two tax opinions on April 15 and it released its lethal injection death penalty case on the day it was hearing oral argument in another death penalty case.
Tomorrow is not only the Pa. primary; it is also the day the Court is hearing argument in another election law case, Davis v. FEC.
UPDATE: A reliable source tells me there will be no opinions tomorrow.
