MINUTE ORDER: On February 29, 2016, the Court held a conference call to hear any requests for expedited discovery in the above-captioned case. Upon due consideration of the parties’ oral arguments it is hereby ORDERED that defendant-intervenor the Kansas Secretary of State’s request to depose Commissioner Christy McCormick is GRANTED. Her deposition, however, must be taken on or before March 2, 2016 in Washington, D.C. It is further ORDERED that each side shall have up to two hours to examine the deponent.
