“Charges Narrowed in Case Against Supreme Court Protesters”

NLJ on charges against @99Rise protestors:

A federal district judge in Washington on Tuesday narrowed the scope of charges against five protesters accused of disrupting U.S. Supreme Court proceedings earlier this year.

Charging documents say the defendants “did unlawfully make a harangue or oration or utter loud language in the Supreme Court Building.” U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper said the terms “harangue” and “oration” were unconstitutionally vague.
