“Political video smackdown; ‘Hillary 1984’: Unauthorized Internet ad for Obama converts Apple Computer’s ’84 Super Bowl spot into a generational howl against Clinton’s presidential bid”

This fascinating report appears in the SF Chronicle. The video in question is here. Totally anonymous–no disclaimer. BarackObama.com appears at the end of the video, but the campaign says it has nothing to do with this (though it is certainly the beneficiary of this creative advertising). Maybe someone should think about what happens to campaign finance law as tv and the internet converge and the internet is not subject to the same disclosure rules. Oh wait.
