As readers of this blog may know, I have been working on a book about Remedies, Remedies: Examples and Explanations (Wolters Kluwer forthcoming Apr. 2006). Indeed, I was supposed to spend the weekend reading the 429 pages of page proofs that arrived (but spent the time instead writing an amicus brief in the WRTL case).
From time to time on this blog, I’ll link to items I’ve written or spoken about in relation to Remedies. Those who receive my posts on the Legislation or Election Law lists won’t get copies of these items (unless they are remedial issues connected to these issues).
Today, the Supreme Court issued an important ruling in a punitive damages case, Phillip Morris U.S.A. v. Williams. I spoke about the case on NPR’s Day to Day with Alex Chadwick. You can find the audio here.
