Dan Tokaji has written this Findlaw column. It is an interesting and well done column, but I think many would disagree with Dan’s (literal) bottom line: “For all these reasons, we’re likely to see more litigation surrounding the nuts and bolts of elections between now and November 7. And that’s not at all a bad thing.”
