The NY Times offers this interesting article on John Koza’s National Popular Vote plan, which I expect Gov. Schwarzenegger to sign, making California the first state in the compact. Check out the picture of California election lawyer Barry Fadem with Koza—it looks like Barry (whom I worked with on the open primary initiative) is bowing before a map of the electoral college.
