Papers Posted from First Tobin Project on Institutions of Democracy

A few months ago, Heather Gerken organized a group of scholars interested in election reform for a conference in D.C. to present ideas to policymakers. (I’m part of this group, but was unable to attend the first conference). The papers have now been posted, and they are available here. Some of the papers are in the Boston Review, and you can access those papers here. The papers are interesting, diverse, and mercifully short (remember, the intended audience was Congress!).
