The Baldy Center at SUNY Buffalo is sponsoring a conference this Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9, 2013 on the interaction between lobbying and campaign finance.  Michael Halberstam of SUNY Buffalo Law School is the lead organizer of the conference, which has a stellar lineup, including Nick Allard, Frank Baumgartner, Richard Briffault, Matthew Dimick, Lee Drutman, James Gardner, Heather Gerken, Craig Holman, Robert Jackson, Anthony Johnstone, Michael Kang,  Stuart Lazar, Susan Lerner, Lloyd Mayer, Amy McKay, Zephyr Teachout, Dan Tokaji, and Ciara Torres-Spelliscy.
