Politico has this report on a case filed Monday by Pat Meehan, Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, alleging that the campaign of Tea Party candidate Jim Schneller “fraudulently induced” people to sign his petitions by failing to disclose that Democrats were assisting Schneller’s effort to get on the ballot. Meehan’s campaign website offers this timeline of (what it calls) the “scandal and cover up.”
