DISCLOSE Act Passes House; Future Prospects Uncertain

The bill passed by a 219-206 vote, with about 36 Democrats voting no and 2 Republicans voting yes.
I’ve been in Washington for a week and I’ve asked everyone following this issue what the path might be for Senate passage. I still don’t see it.
Here are some news stories and commentaries (some of which predate the vote):
AP
Politico
David Broder (Michael Malbin sent out a statement (which I cannot find on the CFI website) taking issue with Broder’s characterization of Malbin’s views on DISCLOSE)
CCP (condemning vote)
Ciara Torres-Spellicsy (on DISCLOSE and FENA)
Brad Smith (on foreign contributions)
Fred Wertheimer (on passage in House)
