Following up on this post, the RNC’s counsel sent this letter in response to the DNC’s letter, stating: “last May the DNC had an opportunity to prove its recurrent claim that the RNC engages in minority voter suppression in open court. Rather than doing so, the DNC’s preeminent national expert on voter suppression, Dr. Chandler Davidson, admitted under oath that he had no evidence of RNC involvement in such activities for well over 20 years…”
