Here’s the press release from the Manhattan DA’s office, along with the indictment itself and the accompanying statement of facts.

The indictment is for 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. The statement of facts alleges that the falsified business records in furtherance of a “catch and kill scheme to suppress negative information” were also in violation of election laws and involved efforts that took steps to mischaracterize the true nature of the payments for tax purposes.

Adding perhaps the most unnecessary sentence ever: there will be plenty more analysis to come.
