Stephen Majors has written this “Perspective” column for AP, which begins: “The Ohio GOP billed its surprising decision to request the withdrawal of a lawsuit against the state’s Democratic elections chief as an effort to instead negotiate over the disputed issue of voter registration records. Plaintiff David Myhal was a GOP fundraiser whose client had helped four of the seven justices on the court with election campaigns.”
