You can find it here. A quick perusal shows that the court appears to be breaking down in the usual conservative-liberal split in this case, with conservatives more apt to support the 50% rule. The case appears somewhat complicated by the state’s stipulation not to contest the third Gingles factor at this stage of the litigation.
