The district court’s order requires that the names of Bob Barr and other Libertarian Party candidates appear on Ohio’s ballot in November. The AP has this report, noting that U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus put his order on hold for 10 days to allow an appeal. It will be interesting to see whether Ohio’s Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, chooses to appeal.
