Rep. van Hollen, Backed by the Wilmer Hale Team, Argues Against Expediting the RNC Soft Money Case

Via SCOTUSblog, comes this opposition to the RNC's motion to expedite Supreme Court review of the as-applied soft money challenge.

The opposition suggests that this could be a case for summary affirmance---which is a reasonable argument in this case.
