More on Possible Prop. 8-Citizens United-Bush v. Gore-Doe v. Reed Connections

If the Court actually decides the cert. petition in Doe v. Reed today and grants it, I expect we'll hear that within a few hours, as the Court is still trying to fill its April calendar and a grant today (rather than Monday) lets the lawyers get to work.
