"Lawsuit over Ohio Republican absentee-ballot applications thrown out"

The Cleveland Plain Dealer offers this report. The suit was thrown out for being untimely. But I understand that there is another suit on the merits in this case. I remain very troubled by Sec. Brunner's position on the merits in this controversy.
