HLOGA Rules Up for Discussion

The Campaign Legal Center is urging the newly-reconstituted FEC to quickly implement HLOGA bundling and travel provisions. Meanwhile, a group of labor and non-profit lawyers have sent this letter to the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House objecting to their interpretation of certain HLOGA provisions.
