FEC v. Davis Reversed and Remanded on 5-4 Vote

SCOTUSBlog is reporting that the Millionaire's Amendment has just been struck down by the Supreme Court: "Justice Alito wrote the opinion. Justice Stevens dissented in part, joined by Justices Souter, Ginsburg and Breyer." More when the opinion is released. Stand by.
