John Fund on Bill Maher Talking About Voter Fraud

You can find the video, with some critical commentary, here. UPDATE: I have now had a chance to watch this video. When Maher confronts Fund with the NY Times reporting on DOJ statistics and the EAC draft report on vote fraud (both of which show no evidence of polling place voter fraud), Fund's response was that he trusts the Carter-Baker commission. Though Carter-Baker did endorse a voter id proposal (though only one coupled with universal voter registration paid for by the government, as I've advocated), the Carter-Baker report, so far as I can recall, offered no evidence or analysis on the extent of polling place voter fraud. So I'd like to hear from John Fund, who reads this blog, about where in Carter-Baker is the evidence Fund was referring to.
