WRTL to Be Considered at Jan. 19 Supreme Court Conference

Lyle Denniston reports at SCOTUSBlog: "Attorneys involved in a significant test case at the Supreme Court on campaign ads during election season said Friday they were told that the case would be considered at the Jan. 19 Conference of the Court, although no formal action was expected to be taken today (Friday)."
