Green Party Senate Candidate Off Ballot in Pa. After Pa. Supreme Court Declines to Reverse Lower Court

The candidate, Carl Romanelli, plans a write-in campaign, but that likely won't help Republicans nearly as much as a Green Party candidate on the Senate Ballot would have, with the potential to split off some votes that would have gone to Democrat Bob Casey, who faces Republican incumbent Rick Santorum.
