Editorial Supporting Ex-Felon Voting Rights

The New Jersey Law Journal has this editorial supporting the suit brought by the Rutgers Law School Constitutional Litigation Clinic (and sponsored by ACLU) to restore voting rights to persons on parole and probation under the new Jersey Constitution.
